The chronicle of a dream August 31, 1989. The Supreme Soviet of the S.S. Moldovan Republic adopts the Law on the statute of state language of the S.S. Moldovan Republic and the Law regarding its return to the Latin alphabet. February 25, March 10 1990. The first free elections are conducted within the Supreme Soviet of the S.S. Moldovan Republic. April 27, 1990. The Supreme Soviet of the S.S. Moldovan Republic adopts the Law regarding the State Flag - tricolor (blue, yellow and red). June 23, 1990. The Supreme Soviet of the S.S. Moldovan Republic adopts the Declaration of sovereignty of the S.S. Moldovan Republic. September 3, 1990. The Supreme Soviet of the S.S. Moldovan Republic chooses as State coat of arms the ancient symbol of Moldavan Romanians – the head of Aurocchs. March 17, 1991. The S.S. Moldovan Republic does not participate in the referendum organized by the Congress of deputies of the people and the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union regarding the maintenance of the U.S.S.R. Events taking place in Georgia have strong echoes in Moldova, too. This fact is due to similarities between Georgia and Moldova, especially the separatism that both Tbilisi and Chisinau confronts with. It is true that the nature of this problem in these countries is the same. Moldova and Georgia are ex-soviet republics and in both cases separatism was encouraged and is still encouraged by Moscow. This sort of separatism is promoted as state politics by the political class of Russia. First of all it is an attempt to keep alive Soviet Union, and at the present moment is to ensure the decisive capacity of the Russian political class on given territories, without even taking into account the opinion of the native population. This population, in the vision of Moscow, should not overcome the status of local fauna. The last evolution in Georgia is connected to the name of the new Georgian president Michael Saakashvili. Either in Chisinau, or Tiraspol they are not missing any movements of the energetic president of Georgia. There are suppositions and descriptions of various possible recurrences of scenarios, on which Saakashvili guides, with reference to the Moldovan politics. In our country, where the informational and opinion space is under the control of the power groups removed from the helm of the state, the actions of the fresh leader are raised up to the level of a matrix and are sang idolatry praises.
